Laguna Beach
An artist’s village by the sea.
Laguna Beach is organized into four main areas, The Village, North Laguna, South Laguna, and The Canyon, which split into more than 30 residential and coastal enclaves. Each has its own feel:
- The Village — The walkable heart of town, with galleries, dining, and boutiques next to Main Beach. Includes the HIP District’s independent shops along PCH, the historic cottages of Woods Cove and Victoria Beach, and view homes in Temple Hills, Mystic Hills, and Arch Beach Heights.
- North Laguna — Quieter, prestigious coastal living near Heisler Park and Crystal Cove. Home to the guard-gated enclaves of Emerald Bay and Irvine Cove, plus oceanfront estates near Crescent Bay and Shaw’s Cove.
- South Laguna — Laid-back and community-focused, with its own beaches and coves. Includes the gated communities of Three Arch Bay and Lagunita, and hillside views in Coast Royale.
- The Canyon — Laguna Canyon’s wooded, creative side, with more privacy and land, minutes from downtown.
- Why We Love It
- Seven miles of coves and beaches, a gallery on every corner, and sunsets from Heisler Park. It feels like a vacation every single day.

Laguna Niguel
Elevated living, minutes from the sand.
Rolling hills, ocean views, and resort-style communities just inland from the coast, with more space and newer homes for your budget. Each area has its own feel:
- Bear Brand Ranch — Guard-gated custom estates on large lots, with ocean, canyon, and city-light views.
- Beacon Hill & Niguel Summit — Gated luxury communities high on the ridges with sweeping coastline views.
